Acelorix was founded by aviation and business professionals with decades of international experience in airline operations, regulatory oversight, auditing, management, training, accident investigation, and technology entrepreneurship.
Our founders have helped develop international aviation standards, trained regulators and auditors worldwide, led accident investigations, and successfully exited global technology businesses.

David Hesketh
CEO & Co-Founder
David brings extensive experience in regulatory technology, financial markets and law. He co-founded TradingHub, a financial regulatory compliance company that achieved a valuation exceeding $750 million, giving him first-hand experience in building and scaling a successful RegTech business. His earlier career included trading at Merrill Lynch and working in derivatives law at Allen & Overy. This combination of commercial, legal and regulatory expertise gives David a strong understanding of how compliance intelligence can create measurable enterprise value.
Dagmar Andersch

Board Member
Dagmar has more than 30 years of international experience in aviation safety, auditing and regulatory compliance. She was involved in the development of IOSA, the IATA Operational Safety Audit standard used by airlines worldwide. She also authored the United Nations Technical and Operational Evaluation Criteria for manned and unmanned air operators. As the officer in charge of seven civilian and military aircraft accident investigations, Dagmar brings deep insight into systemic risk, organizational weaknesses and the practical limitations of traditional compliance tools.
Frank Wobith
CTO & Co-Founder
Frank is a Boeing 747 captain and IOSA specialist with extensive expertise in Safety Management Systems, CAMO oversight and operational compliance. His decades of frontline aviation experience help ensure that Acelorix is built around the realities of airline operations and can identify the risks that conventional compliance processes may overlook.
Frank Alexander

Board Member
Frank is a Flight Operations Inspector for the German LBA and Luxembourg CAA, with direct EASA oversight experience of large commercial air carriers. As a long-range business jet pilot and instructor, he combines operational expertise with a strong understanding of the relationship between operators and aviation authorities. This dual perspective helps ensure that Acelorix addresses the practical needs of both sides.
